These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Dominate Blackjack (the “Service”), operated by Andy Chen, an individual based in California, United States. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
The Service uses virtual chips for practice. These chips:
The Service does not process payments and does not offer any real-money gambling, prizes, or payouts.
Dominate Blackjack is an educational practice tool. Strategy suggestions are based on standard published basic-strategy and card-counting charts and are provided for learning only. We make no promise that following them will produce any particular result in any real game. The Service is not gambling, financial, legal, or professional advice.
You agree not to:
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the Service or other users.
The Service, including its design, code, text, and graphics, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial practice. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
The Service relies on third parties (for example, Supabase for accounts and data, Vercel for hosting, Cloudflare for delivery, and Google for optional sign-in). Your use of those features may also be subject to their terms. See our Privacy Policy for the list of providers.
The Service is provided free of charge and on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, including resetting virtual chips or removing features, without liability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any strategy suggestion is accurate or complete.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Because the Service is free, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed USD 50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Andy Chen from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.
You may stop using the Service at any time and may request deletion of your account by emailing [email protected]. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (for example, sections 6 and 9–13) will continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be brought in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
